Burke Mountain is located on the North East side of Coquitlam, and borders Port Coquitlam at Coast Meridian and Victoria. Burke Mountain consists of both detached homes and townhomes, and is an area of Coquitlam that has recently undergone massive development and rezoning. Therefore, the majority of the properties are year 2005 or newer. Many of the homes are on the greenbelt, making Burke Mountain a hub spot for nature-lovers and hikers. Maillardville is an area on the southwest side of Coquitlam, with easy access to the highway, busses, and entertainment. It is one of Coquitlam’s oldest neighbourhoods, and consists of townhomes, detached homes, condo’s, and commercial zones with build dates from old to new. It is closeby to entertainment (movie theatre), playgrounds & parks, as well as a variety of restaurants, so you’ll never be short of something to do!
